Marriott's Heritage Club

Vera located at 12 Lighthouse Lane, Hilton Head, SC was a delight. Her customer service was exceptional. When she noticed she accidentally forgot my parking pass she made sure to contact me but I missed her call. I called the office after her shift and spoke to another representative Loreen McGuane for next steps to receive my parking pass.

I will be back I love this place. The location was great the staff super nice and friendly very helpful. Beyond what I expected.

Desk manager went out of her way to be helpful

The apartment is spacious. I thought it was clean until I woke up covered in bites. Not sure what bit me during night but my whole body is covered with bite spots.
